How to add Shutdown/Restart to the Right-click menu

The first problem that people face who are new to Windows 8 interface is that they can't Shutdown, not because they don't want to but because they can't find it. If you want a quicker solution to that like Right clicking on the desktop and clicking shutdown just like you click Refresh button then here's what you'll have to do,
Nevermind my desktop...

1. Create a new text file on the desktop or anywhere.
2. Copy and paste the code below.
3. Now save the file as ".reg".  (for example: "whatever.reg")
Now just simply execute the .reg file and voila! Right click on the desktop and you'll see those lovely Red and Green buttons.

CODE to paste in the text file :

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Restart Computer]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Shutdown Computer]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\System panel]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Sounds panel]
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Restart Computer\command]
@="shutdown.exe -r -t 00 -f"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Shutdown Computer\command]
@="shutdown.exe -s -t 00 -f"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\System panel\command]
@="control /name Microsoft.System"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\Sounds panel\command]
@="control /name Microsoft.Sound"
